  1. Recently contracted by Enclaves Group Inc. to locate land suitable for single family or Town House style starter homes. The search will encompass Windham, Tolland and New London counties of Connecticut. Suitable sites may include small city lots and must have access to municipal water and sewer. Enclaves Group Inc., owned by the MacFarlanes, is affiliated with Homes for America Holdings, Inc. Founded in 1996, Homes For America Holdings has invested in and developed projects nationwide, including luxury condominiums, multifamily rental communities, rent-to-own communities, mixed-use developments and commercial office buildings.

  2. Operational and defunct gas stations or land zoned appropriately, state-wide, for gas / convenience store combination business.

  3. National drug store retail locations. Prominent locations, at the corner of “main and main,” not limited to one per town, state-wide.
  4. Retail and Hospitality sites, of any size, zoned appropriately for “big box” and “small box” operations.
