As a Buyer or Tenant’s representative, we owe our fiduciary responsibilities to the real estate buyer or tenant and keep their best interests in mind throughout the process. In addition, here are some other benefits that you, as a buyer or tenant, can experience:

In order for us to properly and legally represent you, we are required to have you sign an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer or Tenant Authorization form.
According to the Connecticut Association of Realtors, “The Connecticut Real Estate Licensing Regulations require licensees to execute a written agreement with a buyer/tenant before negotiating a purchase/lease for that buyer/tenant.” This contract is required before we can do the following for you:
- Express an opinion or give advice about particular real estate;
- Physically show the buyer/tenant property listed with another firm;
- Discuss an offer with the buyer/tenant; or
- Engage in any verbal or written negotiations on the buyer’s/tenant’s behalf concerning the price or any terms or conditions of a purchase/lease.
